Con la gira de su anterior disco, "Who's that Girl", ya había sufrido la prohibición del Vaticano de que sus fieles asistieran a los conciertos por la utilización de signos religiosos. Lejos de intentar apaciguar al Papa, realizó un videoclip que fue considerado blasfemo.
